AIRPORT BOULEVARD BETWEEN 93RD AND 96TH STREETS CLOSED OVERNIGHT MAY 11-15 TO SUPPORT AUTOMATED PEOPLE MOVER GUIDEWAY CONCRETE POUR

 

Activity:
Beginning Tuesday, May 11, Airport Boulevard between 93rd and 96th streets will be closed during limited overnight hours to support the placement of the Automated People Mover’s guideway concrete that spans the roadway. Northbound traffic on Airport Boulevard will use 96th Street to detour around the closure. Southbound traffic will be directed to Westchester Parkway to detour around the closure. Detour signage will be posted. Local business access will be maintained for the hotels on Airport Boulevard.

 

Note: 96th Street to Bellanca Avenue, east of Airport Boulevard, remains in an eastbound-only traffic configuration.

9 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly
